	Biography Tyler B. Kline is a cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law where he was Order of the Coif and a member of the Law Review. Since he began the practice of law in 2005, Tyler has dedicated the majority of his law practice on issues of Family Law and general litigation, in North Carolina state court and in the United States District Courts for multiple states. Tyler’s has gained his experience by learning the ropes from the best, having practiced at several large regional law firms before starting Kline Law Firm, PLLC. Prior to law school, Tyler worked in various roles in commercial finance and banking for several multi-national corporations.

A 1997 graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a 2000 graduate of North Carolina State University’s Poole College of Management with a Master of Science (MBA) in Management with honors (financial management concentration), Tyler applies his unique education and experience in the business community to offer clients practical yet cost-effective solutions to their legal problems. Tyler walks hand in hand with his clients through the often confusing financial aspects of equitable distribution, spousal support, or general commercial litigation. Whether the solution involves complex litigation, mediation, or resolution by pre-suit negotiations, Tyler believes that a client’s thorough understanding of all of his or her legal options is the only way a client can make informed decisions. When not helping clients with their legal issues, Tyler spends his time with his Wife, Kelly, children Scarlett and Rex, and dog Bella. When you get to know him it takes no time to see that children, yours or his, are his real interest and priority. You can often find Tyler coaching youth soccer, running, volunteering at the Sherwood Sharks swim meets, participating in events at Sherwood Forest Elementary School, snow skiing with his children, surfing, cooking, or watching Tar Heel football and basketball with friends.
